8 Week Self-Defense Courses

All-Star Taekwon-Do offers both beginning (unarmed attackers) and intermediate (armed attackers) courses for groups of people interested in learning practical self-defense. We offer specific classes for women, children, and corporations. The next program offered will be a women’s only (beginner level) self-defense course in the Spring of 2008.
