The Cycle of Training
All-Star Taekwon-do offers one of the most comprehensive martial arts curriculums available. In maintaining the deeply rooted traditions of our art, we teach the complete “Cycle of Taekwon-Do” (Soonhwan Do) as originated by the Founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.
The Soonhwan Do includes:
In addition to the traditional aspects of Taekwon-Do, students are also exposed to various aspects of attacking and defending using both blunt and edged weapons. The primary purpose of this part of training is to introduce students to the possibility that someone carrying a weapon could attack them.

In addition to teaching the physical components of Taekwon-Do we round out our program by educating our students on the moral and philosophical teachings of our Founder and today’s modern Masters.
